About Us
As Loudoun County's premier ballet company, The Loudoun Ballet Performing Arts Company strives to give outstanding dancers opportunities to perform in full-length classical and contemporary ballet productions for appreciative audiences. Our dancers are committed to their art. Some Company Members have been dancing since they were very young, and today they devote as many as 20 to 30 hours a week to classes, rehearsals and private lessons.
Dedicated ballet dancers 8 to 19 years old are invited to audition. The Loudoun Ballet Performing Arts Company Members, Apprentices and Junior Apprentices are selected by our Artistic Directors. Dancers perform in three full-length ballets each season (October through May), as well as perform in community outreach programs throughout the year.
